Valuations
Valuations are paramount to ensuring that your beloved jewellery and watches are looked after. We recommend that these items are valued approximately every 3 years due to the fluctuation in commodities. We offer a fully in-house service for the purposes of insurance and probate by two fully qualified gemologists. We personally appreciate the sentiment and importance of looking after your items. All items left with us are fully insured whilst in our care.
Jewellery repairs
No job is too big or too small, we are proud to have the highest technology and tools in our fully equipped workshop to undertake almost all varieties of jewellery repairs. We offer free estimates with no obligation and a high level of recommended services. We also offer drop-in services for jewellery such as minor repairs and jewellery cleaning. Pearl restringing
We offer a full stringing of cultured and freshwater pearls in simulated and graduated sizes. We also string precious and semi-precious gem beads – knotted or unknotted. Watch and clock repairs
We have fully accredited watchmakers who are qualified to maintain the finest of timepieces, with a meticulous eye for detail, working with some of the world’s most renowned watch brands including Rolex, Omega, Longines, Tag Heuer and Cartier. Our horologists are skilled in restoring and repairing mechanical and antique mantle and wall clocks. Free Estimates available.
Watch battery replacement
We offer a ‘ready-while-you-wait’ watch battery replacement service, bracelet shorting, replacement leather straps & bracelets and small minor watch repairs.
Bespoke
Our goldsmith has attended some of the most prestigious jewellery masterclasses and stone setting courses in the UK. He is trained to design Jewellery using the latest computer aided design technology and to also hand make and repair the most exquisite of items. Design a piece yourself on software in the premises and it can be printed with latest technology 3D wax printer from which a casting can be made. Our knowledgeable and passionate staff will guide you through the entire process.
